A 10" peppermill handcrafted of spalted maple. The mechanism is adjustable and made of stainless steel. Spalted maple is a tree which has fallen in the water, leaving the wood with black streaks and varicolored. Spalted wood may have small cracks, holes and voids, but all have been sealed and will not affect the function of the mill.
